Each employee can only search their own time entries. The site administrator can search anyone's time entries.

The search results allow an employee to review, modify and approve their time entries.
Before making time entries available for exporting by the administrator, each employee must
approve time entries - either one at a time or all at once. Requiring the employee to approve (or delete)
their time ensures much more accurate data.
